The Journey of Afriwomen

Founded in 2021, AFWE emerged as a response to the needs of African women refugees, striving to create uplifting educational platforms during challenging times.

Year 2024

In 2020, Wisdom Path Integrated School launched as an online educational platform during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on refugee and special needs children.

Year 2023

In 2021, the organization Afriwomen for Women Empowerment was established, expanding initiatives to empower women through educational and financial support programs.

Year 2022

In 2022, AFWE launched its first in-person training program, providing women refugees with skills for self-reliance and community engagement.

Year 2021

In 2023, AFWE celebrated the successful graduation of its first cohort of women trainees, marking a significant milestone in its empowerment mission.
